International House offers a wide range of services.

Tenants have access to a free fenced-in car park on Bella Center's premises.

All offices are prepared for connection to Bella Center's high speed broadband internet. See more at www.bc-it.net.

There is a personalised reception and telephone service, as well as the option of using IH's 3 smaller meeting rooms. If you require a larger meeting room, auditorium, etc it is possible to book these in Bella Center, which is located under the same roof.

Each floor has its own copier and the Copying service in the foyer can perform bigger copying jobs in colour or large mailing jobs. 

There is a small kitchen on every floor and Bella Center's personnel restaurant is open daily.

A shopping centre is located on IH's ground floor with a grocer's shop, post office, florist and gift shop.
 
Security is also taken care of with the 24 hour security guard monitoring service.
